Anarcho-capitalism question from Lucas

Is anarcho capitalism an oxymoron? If there is private land ownership, a stateless society is impossible. The landowners would be, by definition, the states. No matter how many or few of them exist.

My answer:

The “state” is in the state of your mind. One can break free from the notion of this state. An analogy: movement. People were sold the idea of owning a car to gain movement advantage. Nowadays, you can “ride”. One is free from the shackles of the “state of owning the object called car that is tagged with a dozen more costs”. There are many other examples, in painting the one who broke free from the normal set rules preceding it, broke free from the “state”.
